In my discussion of the new high speed 219 MHz data link I made a
serious error. The speed will be 250,000 bits/sec rather than 350,000.
This was a mental arithmatic blunder.
To Brian I say yes, the path must be very good. We plan to try a
40 mile path that might not work since it is from mountain to valley
location (my home on the Rio Grande). But we learn by DOING, not talking
about it. If it doesn't work we will try and find out why. Today a 445.1
MHz link is working great at 9600 baud.
And thank you all for your questions and support.
