Linux multi-port digi

G'day All,
 I've just written a little program that allows cross-port digipeating
for Linux systems.  It also does same-port digipeating too, which is good
because at least my version of the kernel doesn't do it properly.

It needs some cleaning up, but is anyone interested?

I wrote it so that my TNOS system on Linux can talk to my radio ports.
