          I'm trying to establish a simple Internet-Packetcluster
          gateway using JNOS.  can anyone explain why I get
          JNOS-initiated disconnects on the AX25 side?  changing the
          values of T3 and/or T4 does not seem to have an effect on
          the disconnect which occurs after roughtly 7 minutes.
