It's a feature of GRINOS.  When initializing from the autoexec.net file,
GRINOS uses only existing entries in the domain.txt file.  Only after it's
done with autoexec.net does it start using the domain nameservers you've
specified in autoexec.net.  What we do here is setup an initialization file
called domain.sav which is copied to domain.txt everytime before NOS starts
from a batch file.
