I tried out qvtnet23 here, using back-to-back PI cards between My two
DOS machines. It does not support the ax25 packet class, therefore I
hacked the PI card packet driver to look like ethernet to the applications.
It was an interesting hack, but not one that could be used on the air
because of regulatory requirements.
I found qvtnet to ok, but not very complete. I couldn't set up the routing
I needed. Also gave me a few UAEs. The VT220 terminal emulation was useful
